Introduction & Acceptance

By registering for any Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat event, session, or experience, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our retreats are intentional spaces dedicated to Andean traditions, ancestral wisdom, and sacred reciprocity.

Reservations & Participation

Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and older. All guests must provide accurate personal information during registration. We reserve the right to decline any registration that does not align with the retreat's spiritual focus or safety protocols. Guests are expected to arrive with curiosity, openness, and respect for the tradition and lineage carriers.

Payments, Cancellations & Retreat Transfers

Full payment is required to secure your place. Due to the limited nature of our gatherings and the logistical complexities of hosting international practitioners, registration fees are non-refundable. However, places are transferable to another person with prior written approval at least 30 days before the retreat commences. In the case of documented medical emergencies, credits for future retreats may be issued at our sole discretion. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive personal travel and event insurance.

Staying in Nature

Our retreats take place at Pleiades Ranch Oasis, a regenerative landscape. Guests are expected to follow all ranch guidelines, respect local wildlife, and adhere to a 'leave no trace' philosophy. Glamping accommodations are exposed to natural elements; while we provide comfort and safety, guests accept the inherent risks of outdoor activities and rustic living.

Nourishment & Shared Meals

Common meals are a core part of the retreat community. We use seasonal, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. It is the guest's responsibility to notify us of severe food allergies at least 21 days in advance. While we accommodate standard dietary preferences where possible, we cannot guarantee cross-contamination-free environments in our ranch kitchen.

Honoring the Traditions

We share Andean ceremonies with permission and respect for the lineage carriers. Guests are prohibited from recording ceremonies (audio or video) or attempting to teach these specific ancestral rituals without the formal blessing of the practitioners. Sacred reciprocity (Ayni) includes respecting the cultural heritage shared with us.

Wellness & Informed Participation

Participation in spiritual practices, meditation, and physical activities involves personal discernment. You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any physical or mental health conditions before participating. We do not provide medical advice or treatment. By registering, you confirm you are in suitable health for the retreat activities described.

Private Sessions & Additional Experiences

Private coca leaf readings or healing sessions booked during the retreat are subject to practitioner availability. These sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and may require separate payment if not explicitly included in your chosen retreat package. Cancellations for private sessions made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

A Shared Commitment to Respect

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior that compromises the safety or sanctity of the group container. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these principles from the retreat immediately, without a refund or reimbursement for travel expenses.

Privacy & Personal Boundaries

The personal journeys shared by participants during the retreat are strictly confidential. We ask all guests to respect the privacy of their fellow participants by not sharing their stories or images outside the group without explicit permission. We may take photos for promotional purposes only if verbal consent is given at the start of the retreat.

Changes Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by 'Force Majeure' events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the event or provide a partial credit toward a future retreat, but cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Understanding Participation Risks

By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation, including travel to the ranch, interaction with nature, and engagement in spiritual work. You release Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat and its practitioners from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress arising from your participation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued registration for or participation in our retreats constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.
