PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & RETREAT TRANSFERS
Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your sacred place at the retreat. Full payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. If the balance is not paid in full by this date, Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat reserves the right to cancel your registration and retain the deposit as a commitment to our practitioners traveling from Peru.
Non-Refundable Policy Schedule
- 90+ Days Prior: Full refund of amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
- 61–90 Days Prior: 50% refund of the total retreat investment.
- 60 Days or Less: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this window.
One-Time Retreat Transfer
We understand that life transitions may occur. Registrations are non-transferable to other individuals. However, should you need to cancel, you may request a one-time move of your payment (minus the deposit) toward a future retreat within 12 months, subject to availability and a $150 administrative fee. This request must be made at least 61 days prior to your original retreat date.
Organizer Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat must cancel a scheduled retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or low participation, all registered guests will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any personal travel expenses incurred.
How to Request a Transfer
All requests for cancellation or retreat transfers must be submitted in writing via email to booking@quechuaspirithealing.com. The timestamp of the email will be used to determine the refund schedule applicable to your request. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
