Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that, during participation in the retreat, workshop, expedition, or related activities (hereinafter referred to as “Activity”) organized by Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat, I may encounter certain inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Hazards associated with travel at high altitudes

• Trekking, hiking, or climbing on unpredictable terrain

• Exposure to environmental elements such as heat, cold, wind, or rain

• Travel by air, car, van, bus, or boat

• Risk of injury, illness, or fatality in remote areas without immediate access to medical services

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Physical, mental, or emotional strain

• Other unforeseen dangers that may result in injury or death

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the retreat and the services arranged through Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat, I, the undersigned participant, voluntarily assume all associated risks. I hereby:

• Release and forever discharge Quechua Spirit Healing Retreat, its organizers, officers, directors, agents, employees, facilitators, and representatives from any and all liability for loss, damages, injuries, or claims

• Agree to hold harmless and indemnify them against any legal actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, or claims of any kind

• Understand and accept that participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk

This release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, legal representatives, and assigns, as well as all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me.
